My Dad has been living here for years. It's a trailer park on top the mountain! The views are amazing up there. The oil fracking workers park their campers here a lot. It is right across the freeway from Cabela's on the mountains above wheeling wv. It's crazy how big this trailer park, campground area is, but yet private. It's like Forrest all around, yet just seconds from all the shopping and restaurants of the highlands. The road is a bit bumpy and their store is closed but trust me the beautiful trees and views make up for it.
